By submitting your payment to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Live training fees may be refundable if canceled in writing within 10 business days of the scheduled class or exam. Participants can reschedule up to two times without cost, but further rescheduling may require additional payment.
Refunds: All sales are final, and online products or services are non-refundable.
Returns: Tangible products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. Custom materials are not returnable.
General Liability Policy: Food Safety Wares is not liable for any damages from training or proctoring exams.
Privacy Policy: Food Safety Wares protects user privacy and does not store credit card or payment information. User information is only provided to verified vendors for transaction processing.
Website Disclaimer: Information on the Food Safety Wares website is provided “as is,” the company is not responsible for any errors or misprints.
On-Site Training Policy: On-Site Training requires a minimum of ten participants and a non-refundable deposit of 50%. Rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours, but cancellations result in no refund.
